Access Your Statements & Notices Anytime

  • With eStatements/eNotices, you can easily view and print the past 12 months of your statements, and 6 months of your notices within Online Banking.
  • Secure - Delivered through the security of Online Banking
  • Quick - Receive documents up to 5 days earlier than mail - we’ll send you an email to let you know you need to login to view your eStatement or eNotice.

eStatement Access in Online Banking

To access your eNotices, log in to Online Banking and click on eStatements. A new window will open that will take you to your eStatements and eNotices.

Get Account Activity Alerts

You can choose to receive an email, text or login message whenever one of the items below occurs on your account.

  • Events – Maturing certificates, transfers, insufficient funds, loan payment due, etc.
  • Balances – Know when your balance goes above or below a certain amount
  • Transaction – Receive an alert when a purchase over or above a certain amount occurs
  • Item – Receive an alert when a specific check clears
  • Security – Know when username or password is changed, successful or unsuccessful login attempts
  • Personal  Alert – Create your own message and set the frequency of your alert

Alerts Settings in Online Banking

Set up your customized Alerts right inside Online Banking. Simply login and select Alerts from the "Settings" tab.

External Transfers

External account-to-account transfers allow you to easily move money between your Jax Federal Credit Union account and accounts you own at other financial institutions in the United States.

If you are interested in using this feature, we will need to enable you for access. You can notify us by speaking to a branch associate, sending a secure online banking message, or calling us at 904-475-8000. Once we speak with you, we can process your enrollment. It takes about an hour to activate. You will notice the new External Transfer menu option under the Account Summary tab inside Online Banking.

  • Schedule recurring payments or make single payments fast & free! Need to send a same-day payment?
  • Receive eBills - electronic versions of your paper bills. Our Bill Pay service allows you to receive and review certain bills online.
