Important Announcement for radifi Members

Since we began in 1935, RadiFi Credit Union has proudly served the greater Jacksonville area. Through the years, we have been a strong credit union committed to empowering our members’ lives with great care and guidance to enhance their financial well-being. We have also grown and expanded our reach to welcome and serve more people surrounding the greater Jacksonville area. This has prompted an important milestone in the credit union’s history.

Today, RadiFi is excited to announce that the credit union will adopt a new name and brand in 2023. The new name will better reflect our culture and commitment to serving you, and it will be more welcoming to all people we serve. The name change will last us for generations as we continue to grow and help more people in and outside of Jacksonville. The new name will be announced soon, and you will be among the first to know and learn about our future plans.

This decision comes after years of strategic planning to better position the credit union for greater relevance and inclusion in the hearts and minds of everyone we serve. Our new name will also help us overcome limiting consumer perceptions as a Jacksonville-only credit union, leaving many people to believe that they cannot join and experience the benefits of membership at our credit union.

This name change is not due to a merger or buyout of our credit union into another financial organization. RadiFi is financially strong and sound and will continue to provide all the same services we offer today, delivered with pride by our same great staff. Best of all, you will remain a member and an owner of the credit union.
