Getting Started: The first time you call Telephone Banking,you will be
asked to enter a four digit personal identification number (PIN) also
called an access code. Choose a number you would like to use and enter
it. This will be the PIN you use every time for Telephone Banking.
There are two ways to access Telephone Banking:
Menu mode offers specific voice prompts to walk you through
transactions smoothly. With Menu Mode, memorizing service codes is not
necessary. The system will list all valid service codes for you. Please
listen carefully to the instructions and prompts that are given.
Expert Mode is for those who are more experienced in using Telephone
Banking. You can change to Expert Mode at any time by pressing '7' for
Additional Options, then '3' to change Preferences, and then '2' to
select Expert Mode. The system will ask you to enter '1' in order to
process or '9' in order to cancel. Press '1' in order to process. Once
you have changed to Expert Mode, use the instructions and service codes
to operate Telephone Banking.
