If you travel or just live across town from our nearest Jax Federal Credit Union location, you’ll be pleased to know that we have joined a network of credit unions to offer you more convenience by sharing service centers. That’s right...sharing. While other financial institutions are busy merging into larger corporations, we’re maintaining our independence and sharing locations with other credit unions. We’ll give you the service you’ve come to expect, whether you’re across town or miles from home. We’re not just talking about automated teller machines, either. We’re talking about a fully-staffed office where you can conduct your credit union business face-to-face.

Here’s how it works: You simply look for a credit union with the Credit Union Service Centers logo, and present the credit union teller or member service representative with your JAXFCU account number and a photo identification card. The credit union teller or representative will be linked automatically to your account here at JAXFCU and will process as many deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or loan payment transactions as you like. It’s that easy!

Fees for this service are based upon your Eagle Membership Rewards level. Eagle BASIC members get two free transactions per month, Eagle ESSENTIAL members get four free, Eagle ADVANTAGE members get 8 free and Eagle ULTIMATE members get an unlimited number free. Each transaction above these limits will be charged a $2.50 fee.

Currently, in the JAXFCU service area, participating locations include all JAXFCU, Community First Credit Union of Florida (formerly Educational Community Credit Union), and Florida Telco Credit Union locations.
